BACKGROUND
EasyToGoTacos, a family-run business known for its authentic Mexican cuisine, aimed to extend its reach by introducing a dedicated delivery app. The business’s owner sought to offer a seamless ordering experience for customers while streamlining operations across their restaurant chain. The key objectives were to enhance customer engagement through digital transformation and maintain the unique charm of a family-run business.

CHALLENGE
The primary challenge was developing a multifaceted mobile application tailored to the needs of a diverse customer base, individual restaurants, and the main owner/admin. The app required robust features to handle order management, real-time tracking, and promotional campaigns without compromising the ease of use. Integrating these functionalities into three distinct interfaces while ensuring a cohesive user experience was critical.
SOLUTION

Strategic Planning:
Initial consultations with the client helped in understanding the specific requirements of the business, including the need for three separate interfaces. A comprehensive project roadmap was established, outlining phases for design, development, and rollout, tailored to meet the client’s timeline and business goals.

User-Centric Design:
Customer Interface: Designed for ease of use, featuring a menu browsing section, an integrated order placement system, and a coupon redemption feature. Restaurant Interface: A simplified dashboard for individual restaurants to manage incoming orders, update statuses, and track completion. Admin Panel: An extensive control panel for the main owner to oversee operations, manage content, and view detailed analytics across all restaurant locations.

Advanced Technical Architecture:
Frontend Development: Utilized Flutter to ensure a smooth and responsive design across both iOS and Android platforms. Backend Development: Node.js was used to manage the complex data interactions and ensure secure, scalable server-side operations. Integrations: Incorporated Stripe API for payment processing.
